This restaurant is the brainchild and the envy of the Chef of the famous Asiatic restaurant, Sheyan, also in Jerusalem, who wanted to create an address with more "Street food" but always with a gastronomic touch!
This restaurant has the best fresh ingredients with high quality and dishes which are served very quickly as they are prepared in a wok in front of the eyes of the customers.

Main Course :
The menu is really simple and has 4 steps, you can personalize your noodles how you want.
First of all you can choose between different type of noodles; eggs noodles, rice noodles, black flour noodles and also simply rice. Then you can add meat (beef entrecote, chicken..) or even tofu for vegan and also a variety of vegetables. The third step is about the sauce and last one to add aromates (green onions, coriander..), a touch of flavor.
